Osea Island is a romantic hideaway and depicts a classic charm that one can not create with all the themeing in the world. The entire island can be hired xclusively or taken in scetions. The best way to understand how it works is to look at how some people have organised  there parties in the past:

Case Study : Summer Birthday party for 100 guests

The Birthday boy hired the Manor House , he then reserved the Cottages and apartments for his guests , he had his family occupied in the main house with him. He held a private dinner the night before his party for his family( the billiards table converts into a dining room for 20)  , He then spoke with our preferred caterers and arranged a barbeque to be placed right outside the Manor. He hired a small marquee, some hay bales and picnic blankets for excess seating and a DJ - He ordered portable toilets , which were placed right next to the Manor House. All guests enjoyed the party and then enjoyed a full English breakfast the next day - the guests where then all left to there own devices to enjoy the island and all the facities on hand.

Other Spaces to consider are: The Chapel cafe, The Shack , and the land/beach

The Chapel Cafe Venue can seat 36 guests dining and 80 guests standing for the reception party. Ideal for receptions, or weekends with the bride or groom, this getaway experience will be truly unforgettable.

The Venues:

The Chapel dining rooms can be hired on an exclusive basis and or for pure luxury, The Manor House which accommodates 20 guests with two additional Manor beach cottages for the extra 10 guests who may be invited. The orchard is available for hire during the summer months. Marquees can be put up on the island for the larger parties.

The Reception party can be themed, entertainment can be booked through us and an event manager will be at your disposal every step of the way making sure your clients have an unforgettable experience.
