The island is a marine sanctuary surrounded by 4 miles of coastline and an abundance of fresh air; a unique venue providing a memorable beginning to anything you participate in. Whether something active or creative, Osea facilitates a fun and/ or serious environment which can develop your employees like no other teambuilding event.

We believe every event must be approached with being unique to you and your company and so we build bespoke and exclusive events that fulfil your every need. We will custom build and create events that will give you an actual return on your investment.

Water Based Events

1. Traveling from London : It's not just the destination that is unique!!

Why not make the journey from London to Osea Island as part of the adventure! (Water Taxi and Transfer Rates for 2012 – Motor Boats Only)
All transfers inclusive of Canapés, Champagne, Tea Coffee and Soft Drinks. The transfer could be used for: Leisure – Business Meeting – Leadership and Team Building.

2. Sea & Wreck Fishing

We work with renowned local fishermen who have extensive knowledge of where and when to find the best and larger quantities of fish, often travelling many miles off shore.

We subscribe to their sustainable approach to taking fish in responsible quantities by returning a proportion of every catch. So we promise you a great days sport and enjoyment with a proportionate eye on fish stocks and your continued enjoyment of the East Coast.

Our tri hedral Offshore 2000 is the ultimate fishing boat in stability and a top speed of 28 Knots. It provides a very safe, economical and dry ride. This vessel is MCA Cat 2 coded for commercial use, fully insured and for 10 passengers and 2 crew. We can arrange corporate or leisure

Fishing days for long haul wreck fishing, combined Bass and wreck day, Bass Fishing. Traditional bottom fishing at anchor for Cod, Skate, Spur Dog, Smooth Hound, Tope etc.

3. Leisure Day Sailing

After initial safety and operational briefings clients are taken through a series of familiarization maneuvers and deck roles before having coffee and pastries, under sail and starting to make progress to the agreed lunch venue at mooring or anchoring or taking ‘food on the go’. In the afternoon, more invigorating and challenging sailing off the East Coast before heading back to Osea Island, arriving early in the evening.

The choice is yours: sit back, relax and enjoy the fantastic views or really get involved take the helm and crew the boat.

4. Leadership and Team Building

Good leadership and excellent teams come in many shapes and sizes, knowing the right style, how and when to use it, is a critical leadership and relationship skill. Successfully leading a team is challenging and demanding if high performance teams are to deliver the goods, but it is also immensely satisfying to blend personalities and skills to create a winning team.

This dynamic and intricate relationship is perfectly demonstrated when crewing a vessel on the water and this is why our workplace approach and magnificent fleet of sailing yachts and power boats is the ideal choice if you want to improve performance and build a highly motivated team.

We use time on vessels in a variety of ways and can facilitate either a highly structured series of events linked to people development that has already taken place in the workplace or a more relaxed apparently impromptu entraining agenda focused towards ‘making a great day’ but with valuable outcomes going forward.

Art - The Power of Participation

Employees get the opportunity to put their creative skills to the test as they build a gallery of paintings and drawings that demonstrate a core corporate goal. This could be to demonstrate teamwork, leadership, input, image of the company or just to build team morale.

Music experience- Lets be heard

Music which also includes the voice is a great avenue to put people in different groups whether it is on drums or guitar or just the symbols. Everyone gets a chance to be heard and be part of something bigger than them. Teamwork is essential but making something work and actually sound good is rewarding and inspiring. Your challenge may be to create a corporate theme song or to just bring employees together. This is ideal for different departments to get to know one another or for the same departments to work together on something other than work. Test strengths and weaknesses and leadership skills for those who lead the teams.

Cooking- Who is the chef!

Cooking is ideal for mixed genders as well as bonding sessions for those of the same gender. The level at which you cook and create can be custom built to suit the participants and a challenge format can be designed to bring out the best in participants.

The event can be themed, they can also eat what they make and depending on the challenge get to take home the recipes they create or attempted.
