These are our terms and conditions
Security deposit: £500 to be paid with initial deposit upon confirmation of booking
Payment options: Cheque (must clear prior to arrival) , or bank transfer
50% deposit required to confirm booking.
Remaining balance required 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
Cancellation policy: Notice of cancellation must be made in writing or by email. Upon receiving this notice the following will terms will apply:

If we are able to re-let the house for the date you originally booked then we will refund you what you have paid in full, less an administration fee of £25.00.
If for any circumstance beyond our control we have to cancel the booking for example, fire damage or irreparable utility supplies then you will receive a full refund.
