Any damage caused which exceeds the security deposit will be charged to the individual responsible for the booking

Only fire places on the ground floor are to be used due to fire safety reasons

Alcohol consumption - no red wine is permitted in any of the bedrooms

Noise: The management have the right to turn off any noise that may disturb other guests and or deem unnecessary or harmful to the wildlife & environment

The Manor House is a no smoking establishment. If this is breached a cleaning fee will be imposed to remove the smell.

No drugs, or illegal activity is tolerated and management reserve the right to remove any person/s, which involved in such activity.

No furniture is to be removed or rearranged without consent from management.

Please inform all guests who are staying of fire exits and procedures. In the event of a fire please all meet at a designated area to ensure a proper head count. Keep all fire exits clear at all times.

Animals are not permitted upstairs

We are not responsible for any loss of valuables; please lock away at your own accord.

Parked Cars: The Manor House has enough parking for six cars; all other vehicles are to be driven to the designated car park and kept there for the duration of the stay.

Bathing suits are required at all times when using the salt water pool exclusive to the Manor House.

It is our strong policy that all staff are to be treated respectively and we do not tolerate abuse of any kind.

Please use kitchen equipment responsibly and turn off all appliances when not in use.

Please check the inventory list upon arrival and report anything missing / broken or not working in the first 24 hours of your stay, otherwise you may be held responsible.

The maximum accommodation occupancy of the Manor House is 20 guests. This may not be exceeded.

Management have the right to cancel your stay if you do not adhere to our terms and conditions as signed and agreed upon.
